This role will oversee internal communications for BBC Studios in the North American and LatAm region and will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support company values, and align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
Create and implement internal communication strategies that engage employees and promote company culture.
Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including emails, announcements, and presentations.
Serve as regional lead for internal communications platform, serving as a champion to drive usage, point of contact for regional needs and troubleshooting, as well as posting on behalf of executives and as Internal Communications from BBC Studios North America and Latin America
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and share important updates, achievements, and news.
Plan and execute employee events and activities to engage employee base.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide communication support for organizational initiatives and special projects.
Draft memos, talking points, bios, and other internal materials as necessitated by the business.
Support the communications team on executing and managing social media activity.
