This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.  

Join our dynamic HR Consulting team as a Project Employee, HR Communications! In this role, you will collaborate across HR centers of excellence to deliver consistent, employee-facing messaging League-wide. Reporting to the Director of HR Communications, you will help drive the execution of our HR Communications strategic priorities – this includes owning the communications calendar, handling email distributions, maintaining HR webpages, editing content, and supporting internal marketing campaigns, ad hoc requests, and LinkedIn engagement. We are seeking a strong communicator, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and a creative problem solver dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture. 

This role primarily involves in-person engagement with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought partnership with HR partners on how to best align communications strategy with business objectives and increase engagement across audiences. 

  • Propose and develop employee-facing communications plans, campaigns, and strategies aligned with HR strategy and priorities.

  • Write, distribute, and support HR communications including newsletters, intranet copy, emails, digital signage, and employee events.

  • Ensure all HR Communications are consistent and aligned with the league’s corporate brand identity, strategic direction, business philosophies, and general practices.

  • Support LinkedIn posting and engagement to cultivate employee engagement and reinforce the employee value proposition.

  • Oversee ongoing maintenance of document libraries, manage communications calendar, and provide operational support in collaboration with team members to contribute to operational efficiency, and improve HR processes and practices.
