Job Description

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team -- must be available up to 15 hours per week.

This internship is based in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of reception including greeting external office guests, handling office phones & direct messages to staff, and assisting with general office email inbox

  • Ensure office spaces are well maintained & stocked - including but not limited to: mail room, merch room, kitchenette and library

  • Assist with in-office events

  • Package and send various shipments

  • Mail distribution

  • Run errands as needed and ad hoc projects
